What is the most suitable Decision analysis method for PV storage method?

I am trying to do techno-economy assessment for PV Storage analysis.

By doing system analysis, design of battery size can be done.

Now I am trying to search the best method to do Decision analysis model based on technology and eonomy area from the result of the system analysis of the PV-storage hybird.
