My main concern is planning for holding meeting with managers in hotels and guide them how fill the questionnaires which needs detail scheduling indeed. This meeting will be time consuming and needs its own strategy as it will examine their knowledge.
I would suggest to pilot your questionnaire first, and only keep the important question. try to validate the measure then you go for the real data collection.
I think the managers are with high qualifiacations and smart enough to understand new concepts. I doubt the questionnaire will be totally new for the managers, otherwise it does not refelct part of their work! which will be really odd.
Thus, you may end up with a miximum of one hour meeting.

It is a quantitative one and the questionnaires contain around 40 questions which are developed for the first time and as they need some instructions before filling the questionnaires the hotels managers should attend a two hours meeting before filling it. If your questionnaire is that complicated that you need to explain it to your audience have you thought about it carefully enough? Is it really the best way of finding out answers to your question?

It is not complicated but it has some concepts related to knowledge management and many hotel managers are not aware about these concepts like project charter or project work statement for example.

If you want get the mind set of the allrespondents you have use a pre planed vedio wihch demonstrate your ideology. It is bec ouse when you use same introduction in different group, ther should be a consistency

I wish you a good luck for such a strategical study. It might not be a bad idea to invite hotel managers with their assistants. In case the managers are getting bored/need to leave the session, their assistants can be quite helpful to give reliable answers in the light of their experience with managers.
