It' depends a lot on the epidemiology of your hospital/dipartiment.
Here in north Italy we're having problems with K.pneumoniae KPC/MBL/ESLB and E.coli ESBL, then P.aeruginosa Carbapenemases producer and MRSA (less then others) also Acinetobacter are increasing.
You should investigate on the population of your region/state and of your hospital.
You should start with a "retrospective" study of the situation to establish your own epidemiology pattern.
