Is it possible to use antibodies after absorption with magnetic beads?

It seems you can use 0.1M glycine, pH 2.7 and then neutralize the eluted antibodies with 1M Tris.

You must couple the peptide covalently to the beads? Then yes glycine is the method of choice. Low pH will elute the antibody, you can go as low as 2-2.5.
