I would like to check the gene expression in the AS patients, but I don't know, I must measuring these genes in PBMC, macrophage or monocytes? Meanwhile, my mutant gene doesn't have any expression in blood, but these genes located in downstream of that gene!!!

Dear Ehsan,
Do you want to study Interleukenes gene expression for example in those patients? It's better to measure their gene expression in lymphocytes.

No.actually it's related to inflammation pathways without the roles of interleukin
