I have tried using open source softwares such as Zview but had issues uploading the data file.
@Manel : I have actually downloaded Zview, but I am not able to load my data file (.txt). Also, how do I input my equivalent circuit using this software ?
If you want to use equivalent circuits Zview is probably one of the most user friendly applications.
This recurring topic has been already discussed. By the way, Zview is not an open source software.

If what you look for is open source, then you may try EIS Spectrum analyser, it almost has the same abilities as Zview, only it hangs from time to time, so back up frequently.

We use AUTOLAB instrument, then adapt data file to Zview in this way:
Create new text file with extension ".z"
1st line is:
ZPlotW Data File: Version 3,0a"
Continuing with the data in 9 cols, separated with commas:
1.00000E+02, 0, 0, 0, 9.14124E+04, -4.49904E+05, 0, 0, 0,
1st col is frequency, 5th col is Zreal, 6th col is Zimag.

EIS Spectrum analyser software neither is open source, it's simply free for non-commercial use. Open source is when the user has access to the source code. Not all open source software is always free of charge. Likewise, free software it is not always open source. Hope this helps to avoid any confusion.
