Who knows the size specs of various LUDOX products? It only says whether the particles are "small", "medium" or "large", but I need more precise information. Otherwise any advice on commercial silica colloids with 20, 50-80 and 120-150 nm diameters are much appreciated
It seems smaller particle sizes are around 10 nm while larger ones could be around 100 nm.

Do a search on Google and you will find numerous products and their specifications. Most of silica nano particles are based on Stöber synthesis.
Easy to measure them by light scattering or other techniques and get a value you can rely on. As Titus says there are a number of Ludox products and a search using the Google Images function is usually productive in picking up appropriate data.
In the EU from JRC-IRMM there are at least 2 silica standards and one is a bimodal ERM®-FD102 and the other IRMM-304 (monomodal - nominally 40 nm) has been extensively characterized by a range of techniques.
Ludox FM is 8nm, Ludox SM - 11nm, Ludox LS-15nm, Ludox TM-26nm. These are measured by DLS and SAXS.
