I have a dataset of around 12k entries of LTE available bandwidth associated with GPS coordinates and timestamp, and it's collected along a bus route for 3 days.
Say I want to simulate bandwidth measurements in a different region, what is the probability distribution that I can use to generate such values? Or how can I find out the distribution that fits my data?

What do you mean exactly by bandwidth measurements? do refer to the radio bandwidth or the data throughput ? There are several ways to correlate your measurements with the geolocation of the receiver. Have a look on this work that we have performed in Melbourne city for measuring the spectral occupancy and how we correlated it to the urban density.
