Hello everyone,

There is a task to QC a solution of hydrophilic active substance, however, the solution is going to contain a cellulose derivate (either hypromellose or hydroxyethylcellulose - yet to be decided). This is a concern since I'm aware that hydrophilic polymers are not friendly to some RPLC columns.

If anyone has the experience in RPLC analysis of viscous solutions, what columns would you suggest to use?

Thank you and have a nice day! :)
