How to interpret the results on the secondary structure of ITS2?

We have obtained secondary ITS2 structures for free-living marine nematodes of the genus Oncholaimus. How can we check if the structures are correct? And how can we interpret the result if the structures differ only slightly and no CBCs are detected?
