I have stored my cucumber seeds treated with brassinoids at -20 °C for more than 15 days. Will there be still effect of brassinoids on cucumber seeds or I have to treat it again.
What is your aim? why not tae out some of the seeds and go for a germination test?

1. Brassinoids are potent plant growth promoters. A paper related to it was recently published (see below), although not directly related to your question. 2. Alternatively, you can take a portion of your seeds out and re-treat them with Brassinoids. You can then compare both treatments in the future to see whether any growth change etc.
