I am looking for thermohygrometers that could be used to measure the increase of relative humidity and the decrease of ambient temperature underneath nebulized water (injected from overhead nozzles in outdoor locations).
Thus the probe sould be both sun-shielded and protected against wetting (to make sure the sensor measures the relative humidity in the air and does not saturate).
Any suggestion for your experience?

Which one specifically? In the past we used custom-made thermohygrometers with water-protective cap. Is there anything similar from Testo? If not, please explain in what aspect the sensors you propose would outperform others and the characteristic behind the premium.
