I can recommend conda, or it's faster little brother mamba to manage (reproducible) software environments. It keeps track of separated installations of packages and these so called environments can be exported an taken to another system.
It also takes away the burden of compiling packages yourself, which rarely happens if you install via pip. Nowadays most of the popular Python packages provide binaries.
The anaconda/conda-forge distributions also take away the pain of keeping track of underlying non-pythonic libraries (like CUDA, c-libraries in general).
