PAni always consists of basically globular primary particles which have a diameter of quite exactly 10 nm. These consist of relatively short chains with bout a12 monomer units, the chains have a helical conformation.

Also PAni nano sheets are composed of thin layers of agglomerated primary particles, they may agglomerates in fibrillar or other secondary morphology.
