Gamma radiation is a usual practice for sterilization of medical device. if not possible you can use a 70% ethanol. not sure if possible to autoclave the syringes as it depend on the thermal properties of that specific LDPE.
Amin Shavandi, there is no way to autoclave them, they melt. We use 96% ethanol, but it causes problems as it is difficult to pass the piston through the syringe after applying the ethanol (there are mastitis syringes).
We use hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization for our devices (Parylene C, so temperature needs to stay below 70C) and it works great. The brand name is Sterrad I believe.
