Following picture is the cyclic voltammetry (CV) plot from my home-made MEA. But as you can see from the picture, there is a big problem for the electric double layer. Firstly, the electric double layers are all above zero and not horizontal. Secondly, the difference between the electric double layers and disadsorption peak is very low. So could someone help me explain the problems and the possible solutions?

Experimental information:

Loading at anode and cathode: 0.25 and 0.1 mgPt/cm2

Maximum Power density: 0.6 mW/cm2 (1.5 bar and 80%)

CV was tested at 1.0 bar and 100%; scan rate was 50mV/s after activiation.
