Can rGO adsorb oxygen in high humid temperature at around 40C?
I reduced the GO electrochemically and I see a decrease in conductivity by just incubating the rGO in the above condition.

If I am right, the GO is partially reduced will have remained functional groups (hetero atoms). In that case, it can form hydrogen bonding with the moisture.
In that case, we can never incubate rGO in water-based solutions or high humid environment?
