The new normal life is focused on 'telework'. 'Work from home' is a new concept to reduce the risk of getting the disease. Additionally, people don't attend the workplace without necessity. So the men have coped up with technology to execute socio-economic activities, they will contribute to regional development. But the men are not coping up with technology and economic activities don't base on E-commerce/telework; they will face the loss. The concept is that men with good knowledge of technology will be effective, and the men with a poor understanding of technology will be vulnerable to the economy after the pandemic situation. So necessary interventions are needed for vulnerable classes.
