Hi, I am trying to make a 100mg/kg treatment for mice with quercetin. I wanted to try an intermuscular injection, so I used DMSO as a primary solvent to prepare the stock solution. However, I am struggling to make a diluted dose. I used saline and PBS but they make foam when I put the sample for sonication.

Is there any better solvent or idea to prepare a liquid dose of quercetin?
