From my personal experience - 60x40x25 um with 10 nm voxel size (resin embedded biological sample). But don't forget about drift/shift during the data collection, it decreases the final (after slices registration) volume. I strictly recommend Dragonfly software for rendering and segmentation.

Hi Alex. I have experienced in using FIB SEM for nanoscale resolution where we look at bacterial cell adhered to nanostructured surfaces. I reconstructed the model using Avizo software then clean up the meshes using Blender where I think give you more freedom in the final products of your model.

I guess for nanoscale with large field of view, you will have to deal with loads of data. My suggestion is to reconstruct the model using Dragonfly or Avizo then exported the 3D model to be used in Blender or other 3D rendering software.

We have done it for 1-2 micron, where Ecoli bacteria attaching nanopillars of dragonfly wing. As we used soft-biological material, charging was an issue, but we could resolve nanostructures.
