Currently I am working on plugin for Gephi platform that imports citations networks from Crossref resources.

This networks can further be analyzed by Gephi functions.
As we know Crossref is a valuable data store of metadata of scientific works.
What other open access valuable bibliographic data sources (in terms of completeness, quality, well defined web access) of scientific papers citations (that could be used for bibliometric, webometric and scientometric analysis) would you recommend?

Although I did not specify it in the original question (I just edited it to clarify it), I am looking for publicly available (open access) data sources. I already know SCIE, but it requires a paid subscription.

Do you need a database providing "citing" / "cited by"? If no, for biomedical and life sciences, you can look at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/ ; for food and agriculture http://agris.fao.org/ ; for education https://eric.ed.gov/ ; for open access journals https://doaj.org/ Possibly consider institutional repositories (list of at http://roar.eprints.org/)

the platform you have provided looks very promising. Unfortunately, to download raw data from it you must have an active account, which I can not create at the moment (because, as authors explain, the platform is still in the testing phase). Do you know any way to create an account there for testing purposes? :-)
Dimensions just today added a means to register and log in. Go to https://app.dimensions.ai and click on the Register button at the top.

But I am interested in downloading raw data to process it in my own way. This could be done at this url: https://dsl.dimensions.ai/login. But credentials aquired at app (link you provided) don't work here. Can you help me?
If you go to the first link in my answer, there is a Register link at the top of the screen. Once you have registered, you can log in and then be able to download citations to a bibliographic manager.
