Government investment in education seems to be the obvious place to start. 

With huge investments in developing human resource,China and Japan have become examples for other emerging nations.Big buisness houses should takemore initiative inthis aspects. Learning should be given ample scope without any boundries and barriers.

An immediate and most important requirement is to take brave steps to  abolish political interferences in the educational field. Unnecessary political influences have done so many damages to current education system. Educational administration and governance must be managed by academic experts with proven records. 

Advanced curriculum must be designed and the effective  use most modern educational technology must be ensured. Pure academic merit must be the criterion for selection in the fields of careers and higher education.

Slums that has increased in cities in the recent years needs to be restricted from further growth.Slum children needs to be given proper education so that they can become self reliant in life.

There is no small answer to such a big question, but the answers are certainly worth contemplating. 

While top-down contributions to quality (such as government funding) have their place, they can only succeed if there is a bottom-up drive for quality. True quality begins with individuals, families, employees, learners and groups within educational organizations. Funding and fancy management techniques can help, but alone they are not sufficient to succeed. 

All in all, a bottom-up drive for quality can deliver results without top-down support, but top-down calls for quality without bottom-up participation is impossible. Many a government-funded white elephant serves as proof of this observation.

We all are products of various academic institutions. After finishing our studies in the next phase of our life we, at least in India, find ourselves in a strange and piquant situation, that is, bifurcation of the street ahead into two "one-way streets." One leads to academic institutions and the other one towards industry.

Until and unless this "mutual-bias" is not transformed into "mutual-respect" academy-industry interaction is most likely to remain at a nominal level.

I think the U.S. universities need to make their curriculum more responsive to international students by including research by international authors and developing countries like the Caribbean. On another note, I also think more critical thinking and overall character building including attitutde of giving back to society are needed. Quality is the missing link in our system. Quantity and Revenue are overshadowing process quality. Exploding educational revolution is churning out the number of graduates with poor quality, may be our evaluation standards have become less stringent and lenient.

Education remains an assets with the student .Whatever the system we may follow it should be carefully studied ,planned &

what may be the repurcation even for students in their future career .This is very important area & policy maker in this area

must have an honest netural approach to give the policy of education .

Once the policy frame after an period of time it should be reviewed & the necessary changes if require to modify .In our present age

various scientific development ,research certain changes in social & political environment if it is necessary also to be

reviewed .

Education policy is anvery important part for the framer as it deals with the future generation & so to say a citizen of the
