I would recommend you two books which helps to build a stronger structure on negotiation rather than a spesific area. Then you can gain a deeper insight for global business.
Thinking Fast & Slow by Daniel Kahneman. The author is a psychologist with Nobel Economics Prize and the book provides a clear understanding of psychology of judgement and decision making in society. There are also interesting experiments that MBA and phD students also tend to make wrong decisions though that they had already studied the subjects.
Don't Think of an Elephant by George Lakoff. The author is a cognitive scientist and linguist. The book explains the essential of framing a message through political speeches.
