When your dyes are sulfur ones, the choice of activated carbon as an adsorbent is not too good. It is well known, that efficiency of sulfur dyes reduction by activated carbon is rather low. Please see for example Thai Anh Nguyen, Ruey-Shin Juang (2013): Treatment of waters and wastewaters containing sulfur dyes: A review, Chemical Engineering Journal 219:109–117:
"The effectiveness of the activated carbon adsorption process is different with various dyes [ O. Marmagne, C. Coste, Color removal from textile plant effluents, Am. Dyest. Rep. 85 (1996) 15–21. ]. High removal rates (over 90%) are achieved using activated carbon for cationic, mordant, and acid dyes. For direct, sulfur, dispersed, and reactive dyes, the efficiency is moderate (over 40%); it can be improved using massive dosages of activated carbon. For vat dyes, color removal is very low (under 20%). In the case of sulfur dyes, the COD removal is 45.5% and the color removal is 40.9%"

With high concentrations, I would suggest a method that combines adsorption and catalytic removal.

@Ali Haseli: There exist many dyes with different chemical characteristics (e.g. Nitroso dye, Azo dyes, Nitro dyes, Indigoid dyes, Anthraquinone dyes, Phthalein dyes, Triphenyl methyl dyes and many more). There does not exists a general treat,ment techníque for reduction of a dye concentration in wastewater. It is the reason why you should formulate your question more precisely to obtain reliable answer. What kind of dyes do you want to treat?

Depending on the set up and location of the plant, joint treatment with domestic waste water would make it easier to remove the dyes.
Removal of dyes will normally require long detention times in most biological treatment systems. Introduction of domestic waste supplies nutrients that speeds up the removal process.
I also agree with Laura Bulgariu on adsorption on activated carbon.

Ali Haseli you can use a couple system for treatment like adsorption followed by one of advanced oxidation processes.
It is very interesting to see the answers above. There are many recommendations to @Ali Haseli to employ activated carbon for adsorption of dyes even if nobody knew what kind of a dye should be adsorbed. When came out that sulfur dyes should be treated recommendation of activated carbon is not a good choice. It is good to know exactly what the problem is before I put an answer.

Coagulation is the most commonly used method in the treatment of textile wastewater
Dear Ali Haseli,
Considering the very high concentration of dye in your industrial wastewater, application of coagulation-flocculation method can yield high amount of sludge that increases the total treatment cost. I think, in this case, the ozonation technology can be more effective and economical.
Also, in order to apply a biological treatment system for treating textile related wastewaters, the toxicity of wastewater should be considered.

I am not sure @ Jasim Hassen , tah your recommendation is the best choice. Please, see my answer above. Activated carbon is not suitable for elimination of sulfur dyes, for example.
