I intend to make 1 m3 of artificial leachate by COD around 60,000 mg/L. I am looking for the materials which are available in commercial form,Thank you in advance.

Could you please be a bit more specific about the characteristics of the simulated leachate (solids content, required biodegradability, ...)?
Dear Mr. Semrany, Thanks for your input. The leachate is going to be fed into a sand column. To avoid physical clogging, the feed should not contain TSS. Moreover, the BOD and TDS are 30,000 and 2,000 mg/L, respectively. And pH= 5-6.

With a BOD of 30,000 mg/L, you must have a minimum TOC of 11,250 mg/L which is impossible with a TDS of 2,000 mg/L.
Dear Ms. Gupta, My aim is to provide artificial leachate, hence I can not use other collected samples from elsewhere.
As suggested by Mr. Semrany, acetic acid or a simple sugar (glucose) can help me to achieve the desired COD values.
I find another solution to my problem! I will follow the same procedure as the Synthetic wastewater preparation in this article:
