I'm currently working on my Dissertation and I'm trying to think of the best analyses that I should use for my study. I'm using three questionnaires for this and two different groups, 1st group (traditional sport), 2nd group (Esports). I also want to compare the two groups, in terms of their findings to see if there are any similarities/differences between them. Can someone please help?

For the data collected through questionnaire, you can use
1) Descriptive Statistics: To know the basic information about variables in the questionnaire and dataset.
2) Crosstabs and chi-square: To know the relationship between demographics and other variables.
3) To know the similarities/differences (compare) between the two groups (Traditional Sport and Esports) we can use independent samples t-test (Parametric Data) and Mann-Whitney test (Non-Parametric Data).

SPSS stands for Statistical Package for Social Sciences. So when you use it you need to know what kind of statistical analysis is applicable for your study. You can have an idea for that using your literature review. Then check whether those techniques are capable in SPSS. As a rough idea, you can use descriptive statistical techniques as well as inferential statistical techniques in parametric and nonparametric or bayesian ways. at least I should see your questionaire to propose for you a technique in SPSS.
You could also use a generalized linear model or MANOVA as alternate statistical tests mentioned by Pankaj Parmeshwar Sharma!
