What tool can you recommend for the analysis of pathogenicity and virulence factors?

Good day!

I would just like to know if there are other online bioinformatic tools that you can recommend for analyzing pathogenicity and virulence factors in lactic acid bacteria.

I tried using the VirulenceFinder and PathogenFinder by the Center for Genomic Epidemiology, DTU, but to no avail. There has been no progress in uploading the assembled genome.

I am hoping for your response. Thank you!

First you have to know what are the various virulence factors responsible for pathogenicity of a particular pathogen. Then only we can find appropriate methods either phenotypic or genotypic. For example toxigenicity testing of Corynebacterium diphtheriae.
