Dear all,
Someone with a similar name has falsely claimed authorship on several of my publications. ResearchGate replies that they were “unable to confirm” me as the author and tells me to contact support, but support just redirects me to the same basic claim process.
Has anyone managed to fix something like this or escalate it successfully?

Did you provide additional information to the team when you claimed authorship? It will be easier for them to confirm if you provide something to identify you as (co-)author. E.g., I imagine that a link to a page at ETH Zurich may help, ideally where you and your co-authors are listed. Or you may indicate the reasons why the wrong author cannot be the author (e.g., not his field of work, but yours.)
You may also try to add an alternative author name if the name given in the publication is not identical with your profile name (e.g., using initial P instead of your first name). By the way, unlike this help page suggests, most probably it was not the other author himself who wrongly claimed authorship, but ResearchGate's automatic algorithm wrongly identified him as the author and assigned your publication to his profile. Unfortunately, this is a frequent problem in ResearchGate in case of similar names.

As indicated by Wolfgang R. Dick the RG algorithm assigned (wrongly) some of your papers to https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Paula-Rodriguez-38/research Unfortunately this person is not that active here on RG (no questions, no answers etc.) so she most likely never claimed the authorship (but unfortunately also did not dismiss authorship).
She is obviously not the author, other field of expertise (physiology and clinical psychology), country (Chili), first letters first name(s) (P. A.).
Anyway (re)try to claim authorship (per individual paper) as described here https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14292798510993-Authorship
And/or you might ask the first author to correct co-authorship as described in the link as well. Contact https://www.researchgate.net/profile/William-Orsi and ask him to fix some of the issues.
