Hi Lisandra, I agree with Ronald - young people's responses are biased by the way the questions is posed and by any response format. You might want to look at the article David Mellor and I wrote on the use of Likert scales with children. cheers, Kate
The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scales (HADS) is a good, validated brief measure of mood, with subscales for anxiety and depression, but you would have to look elsewhere for an anger scale.
I'm have developed some face-based mood scales suitable for aphasic stroke patients, but - as nonverbal mood measures - they can be used by anybody. They include an 'angry' scale and return coefficients for anxiety and depression. However they are still being validated. You might want to take a look at these, however, as they are language independent and so do not have to be translated. See:

Hi Lisandra, There are a few of these scales for depression and anxiety but I am not so sure or aware of those for anger. See the CES-Depr scale for children - however, depending on your age group, this language might be a bit sophisticated. You could also check out: http://www.childfirst.ucla.edu/Resources.html they promote scales for depression, anxiety and worry. However, if you are interviewing children face-to-face you might want to use a pictorial based scale such as that by Tischer and Lang - article link at http://moshelang.com.au/wp-content/uploads/Tisher-Lang-Takac-Lang-The-Childrens-Depression-Scale.pdf although I suspect you have to buy their scale. Hi Lisandra, if you are interested in analyzing children's understanding of emotions (among that anger) you could check the Test of Emotion Comprehensio (TEC) by F. Pons and P. Harris, which is validated in several languages...Bests.
The BASC-2 is a brief questionnaire that can be used. It is published by Pearson and can be computer or hand scored. It is a multi-dimensional test, so you can seeed scores on several behavioral, social, and emotional scales. There also are vlidity scores in it.

CEMS (child emotion management scale) gets at sadness and anger in a way that seems to fit your aims.

If you need a diagnostic Tool, I guess you have already become some valid answers. If what you need is to measure children's mood States, and you need a tool in Spanish, you may consider the EVEA scale (Escala de Valoracion del Estado de Ánimo, Sanz, J. (2001). Un instrumento para evaluar la eficacia de los procedimientos de inducción de estado de ánimo: la Escala de Valoración del Estado de Ánimo (EVEA). Análisis y Modificación de Conducta, 27, 71-110.), which measures four types of current emotional states (depressive, anxious, angry and happy) and could be complementary to diagnostic or screening tools.

Perhaps take a look at the Spence Anxiety scale - accessible online, has sub categories for OCD/GAD/separation anxiety/Social Phobia/Panic agoraphobia/Physical injury fears. Does not address depression/anger. There is a pre-school version and one for older children.
I use this in my work in primary schools and it is a free resource.
