Educators are now called upon in the last five years to integrate STEM into TVET to satisfy the demands of the job market locally, regionally, and internationally. How are they meeting this challenge and with what success?

Please excuse the oversight in not responding sooner. Yes to both of questions as the TVET educator does both depending on the course taught in the TVET programme. Certainly if it's the skill development, then the development of competencies is expected. If it's other enabling subjects like Digital Literacy then it would be integrating STEM content.
