I am trying to see if people's demographic variables impact their sustainability score based on a coded average from survey responses.

I have respondents' ages ( eg 18-24, 25-34, 35-44 etc), their ethnicity , their gender (M,F,O,prefer not to say), and their education level (none, other, nvqs, gcse etc). These are all categories but I've coded them in case numerical data is more appropriate.

I would ideally like to compare them all together vs sustainability score but not sure that is possible.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
