18-24 - 3.82

25-34 - 3.41

35-44 - 3.23

45-54 - 3.92

55-64 - 3.35

65 and over. 3.34

Hello Jonel,

Spearman rank-order correlation (e.g., treating age category 18-24 as "1", 25-34 as "2", etc.) with the ranked value of work competency would likely be your safest method.
