I have three species of insect belonging to same genus. I have taken the different parameter such as length, width, height, etc. of each species. Replication for each species is 10. Please suggest statistical test which could be applied to compare these three species morphometricaly.

If your data are normal use ANOVA, if your data aren`t normal you have to use non-paremetric test (e.g.: Kruskal-Wallis).

ANOVA is used when comparing means of more than two samples. Since you want to compare only two species and your samples size is less than 30, use t-test.
If you want to discriminate the three species based on multiple traits at once, you might consider canonical variatate analysis. Please note that I am not a taxonomist, and I have never done this, but it seems similar to what is done in aphids. Both with ANOVA and CVA you might require a larger sample size, if the difference between species is small.
