What Stat test should i use?

I took measures of weight gain during a few weeks, i have two groups, treated and control. So i want to compare diffrence between:

Day1 Tx vs Day 1 Control,

Day 2 Tx vs Day 2 Control...and so on.

I tried a repeated measure ANOVA, but i get comparisions within groups like this, Day 1 Tx vs Day 2 TX, and thats not what i am looking for. I hope someone can give me some insight on what i can do. Thanks !
