I need to make the casting of the copolymer of styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene ( SEBS ) and I wonder what I could use as solvent (different to dicloroethane)
Solvents that dissolves polystyrene (acetone and THF being two) should work. Obviously, one would want to pay attention to the flammability of the solvents (acetone and THF have very low flash points) and exercise proper safety protocols. An alternative is to use non-flammable solvents, although the chemical toxicity of such solvents for some outweigh the non-flammable characteristic.

There is a paper on SEBS solubility in various solvents. Link provided.
