I may have misunderstood your question, but are you asking (1) DNA damage induced by radiation in algae, (2) the radiation protective effects of algae in terms of DNA damage, and/or (3) software for automatic quantitation of the DNA damage? Do you mean ionizing radiation and/or UV radiation by radiation?
