What software could I use for an Exome tumor-normal pair variant analysis?

Hi,

I have a BAM file of tumor and normal samples and I would like to call somatic variants. At the moment I am trying IonReporter software (Thermofisher) but I am having troubles in running a tumor vs normal variant analysis. Does anybody success using it?

Which other software could I use to do this analysis?
