The classification of skills varies depending on the social criteria, the expectations of society and the personal characteristics of the learners in terms of age, level of education, skills that the individual is capable of and the level of absorption of each.
Experience, certificates, training, so students must develop themselves through intensive courses, extensive study about the work they want to work, and the knowledge and skill of management and experience that qualify them to work.
For good working place for student is proper environment under a loving , happy care of the teachers . In this line the students would all the time like to go for the class & also for their learning in an successful & efficient manner
Students need keen observations upto minute details,non inhibition for asking questions ready to go beyond expectations and desire to do work completed within given time
At work place students need to communicate with different kinds of people. For instance, there people with less knowledge than them as well as more knowledgeable people, older people and younger ones.
So I think the students must develop skills such as communication skills, presentation skills and good PR skills (they should learn to build relationships within work community, develop team work ability & adapt to change)
No doubt communication skills is at the top of the list.However there are other important skills that are also taken into account.for example: task management,working in a team,decision making, conflict management,emotion management,psychological capital management, anger management,innovation and creativity, and working in a multicultural and international setup.
Students need skills in applying theoretical knowledge in practice. For example, in legal education such skills are formed by solving practical problems in the classroom and working in a legal clinic.
In this matter, there is no need to guess at the coffee grounds. This can be found out by conducting a study with the use of ask-analysis and intelligent Eidos system.
As a method of the research we used Automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis), which is a new innovative method of artificial intelligence: it also has its own software tool – an intelligent system called "Eidos" (open source software) [1, 2, 3].

Students need motivation and encouragement to have a good work environment. Every student is unique and he should excel in his field in a unique manner to be recognized. Mentors should motivate them to perform well.
