I am interested in simulation and numerical methods for VLC systems. The method which considers light propagation, reflection, refraction, ... .

I am new to this area and I don't know exactly what methods are available and what the capabilities are. The only method I heard about is ray-tracing.

Could you please give me some primitive idea about existing simulation methods and if possible introduce some reference and source to read. Thank you in advance.
