Dear researchers and academics;

I have been researching in the real world industries investments subjects. The real world industries describes the industries such as agriculture, energy, health, and transportation. The real world industries are differ very much from the financial markets. My research field is very complicated due to some of the factors. The human being is one of the main factors of this research field, according to my mind and approach. My question is related to two important issues (psychological warfare and mobbing).

Psychological Warfare: "to denote any action which is practiced mainly by psychological methods with the aim of evoking a planned psychological reaction in other people" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychological_warfare#cite_note-2 accessed on 04/09/2015)

Mobbing: "Mobbing in the context of human beings means bullying of an individual by a group in any context, such as a family, friends, peers, school, workplace, neighborhood, community, or online. When it occurs as emotional abuse in the workplace, such as "ganging up" by co-workers, subordinates or superiors, to force someone out of the workplace through rumor, innuendo, intimidation, humiliation, discrediting, and isolation, it is also referred to as malicious, nonsexual, nonracial, general harassment" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobbing accessed on 04/09/2015)

Visit https://scholar.google.com.tr/scholar?q=%22Mobbing%22&btnG=&hl=en&as_sdt=1%2C5&as_vis=1 for some articles and books in this subject.

They are both accepted as crimes in the laws on the international basis.

What should researchers and academics do when they observe psychological warfare and mobbing in the scientific world?

I would like to thank you in advance for your answers and contributions.

Have a nice day

Best Regards
