What should I write to address this comment?

For MICs, it might be nice to also have the negative control included or express the MICs as fold-change relative to negative control.

This is a comment from a reviewer of a reputed journal. My concern is, my negative control will be column 11 containing only MH broth. Please explain me the part saying 'MICs as fold-change relative to negative control'

Fold change is a measure describing how much a quantity changes between an original and a subsequent measurement. The reviewer gave you a choice, so just do the simplest option :)
