What you mentioned are perfect characteristics of setting up a simulation of WSNs .. 

I would like to add something.

If nodes are allowed to be mobile, you could assume a mobility pattern of nodes i.e.:

1)Random Walk Model.

2)Random WayPoint Model.

3) Manhattan Model (more suitable for outdoors).

4)etc...

Thanks for adding some contents. Lets assume that nodes are stationary. 

You could also add the type of channel i.e. channel A B C D etc ... 

Each of those mentioned channels are provided by IEEE and are a result of several rigorous experiments done (for example channel C if i'm not mistaken, is for and indoor office environment which is roughly 20 m2 ). You could check the types of channel provided by IEEE easily on google.

what do you mean

For instance

channel bw = x

signal bw =y

tx power = z

rx threshold = a

transport layer protocol = b

mac protocol = c etc etc

what r the propar values of x y z a b c? This is I mean to say

Would suggest in addition;

1. Noise

2. Received power( fading )

3.Crypting (security)
