What should be the Limiting Settling Velocity factor (Fl) in durand's equation for less than 5 micron particle size ?

Let say my particle size (D50) = 3.25 micron and Cv = 10%

than what should be Limiting Settling Velocity factor (Fl) ?

Actually I'm looking for Limiting settling velocity from Durand's equation.
