Direction of magnetic field generated by both coils will be towards left (right hand grip rule). Hence in the Gap there would be attraction rather than repulsion. i.e. force will be represented by blue arrow.

Well, this is the answer i was expecting, but thing is that in simulation direction f force is repulsive. Any idea. Thanks for your reply

If you can give some details of your simulation, only then i can comment.

I think the forces have not the same direction with or without the iron magnet.

Without the iron the coils are solicited to converge one against to the other and with the iron, the coils are sollicited to go to magnet center because the max flux law.

I believe Garnier is Correct. A check you can do is to close the gap of the electromagnet. Only then, under equal mr conditions, the coils should feel atraction. 

I Don't agree with that iron is causing any change in direction of force. it will simply provide a path for flux and that can change the magnitude of force but not the direction.

The iron presence fully changes the flux geometry and the density of force lines.

Apply the maximal flux law.

Imagine that the iron bar is not curved and then it appears clearly that the forces push the coils near the center of the bar for increasing the flux. (best coil / iron coupling in the max flux density area)

Now simulate a slow curvature of the bar for reducing the air gap to 0.

After simulate the forces without iron magnet with the coils at their initial places

Again, I agree with Garnier. Max flux law + gradient fields are the most likely cause for what you see.

I believe this is geometry dependent, as shown by applying the law of maximum flux.

If the gap of this C dipole is zero the forces on the touching coils are attractive. If the gap is very large the forces on the far apart coils are repulsive, and all possible values in between, including zero.

In your geometry, for normal parameters, the forces are likely repulsive.
