R^2 is calculated the usual way. The leave-one-out cross validated value is calculated on the basis of the cross validation. They measure different things. See the notes below for a discussion of the differences. Best, David

As I have seen that the "Difference between R2 and Q2 should not be more than 0.3" [International Journal of Drug Design and Discovery, 2011, 2 (3) 511-519].
