Folic Acid during the UV Spectroscopy scan gives more than one peak. Studies where DMSO is used as a solvent suggesting to select 363 nm peak due to the noise caused by DMSO. Some other studies are suggesting to use 283 nm as the best for folic acid quantification. In an another study, it's suggested to use Beer's law for the quantification. Could any expertise suggest which should be the best way to quantify FA content when using UV Spectrophotometer

Standard curve or Beer's law ?

If the standard curve is used for FA in DMSO Which peak should be considered ? TIA
