In any teaching profession's interview, if any interviewer asks you How can you contribute to the growth of the organization?, then what should be your answer?. This is a common question which is often asked in any teaching profession's interview. So you should prepare well these types of general questions, which you know that these questions may be asked during your interview time. So lets start talking about it.
Like extracting qualitative data for future forecasting is most entrepreneurs have cited to potential candidates. The core reasons is to what the candidate think about the contemporary or traditional way or mix. Bring new or contemporary ideas may distinguish from other candidates..
I would answer like that:
* I will do my best to do my duties and tasks in order for organisation to fulfill it's goals currently set
* I will colaborate and support my team members in their work.
* Sometimes I will question procedures and tasks only to ask whether this is the direction my organisation is really headed to.
* Sometimes I will come up with the new ideas for improvements and new activities, when I would believe they fit into the organisation goals, culture and future.
Please note "my team" and "my organisation" - they come up from me spontaneously. I was just thinking about my current work - because I have a feeling of belonging. I am not sure if they fit into interview.

I would like to tell following answer to the interviewer if they ask me what will you do in improving the growth and academic excellence of the university.
I will work hard on the four parameters such as ‘Teaching Learning and Resources’, ‘Research and Professional Practice’, ‘Graduation Outcome’, ‘Outreach and Inclusivity’, which can improve academic excellence of the university. I will try to bring the project related to the construction field or any other research field from the recognizing body, which can help to build the national or international level recognition of the university. I will definitely try to organize one international seminar/conference/workshop per year, which can enhance the growth and research excellence of this university. Every teacher should work hard to bring the good placements for UG or PG level students, which will improve the ranking and college’s reputation, which will attract the good, excellent student and motivate them to get admission in this university. These the things I will always try in improving the growth and academic excellence of the university, where I will be posted.
