What should be considered when conducting a ROS experiment?

I am conducting a ROS experiment by infecting RAW cells with Staphylococcus aureus to induce ROS production, using H2DCFDA for detection. Is it feasible to use a 96-well plate with an MOI of 1 for S. aureus? If so, what should I pay attention to during this experiment?
