Do You have any suggestions what scales can be used to measure workplace deviance / deviant behavior among employees of services and manufacturing? Mainly it is used Robinson and Bennet (2000) scales to measure types of organizational deviance such as: production deviance (intentionally working slow), property deviance (sabotaging equipment), political deviance (competing nonbeneficially), personal aggression (verbal abuse).
