I am writing a research proposal, using a universities' convenience survey data that they have conducted.
In order to answer my research question, I will need to look at two specific generational cohorts (ages of participants) rather than the whole population (whole list of ages).
The purpose of looking at Millennials and Generation Z as independent variables is to find differences between the generational cohorts dependent variables: attitudes and confidence.
I will also be using mixed methods of quantitive and qualitative design.
I am finding it hard to find a sampling technique if I did not conduct the survey.
